The challenge

The Artise began as a bold vision - an architectural statement in the heart of Bellevue. The challenge was not only to create a premier Class A+ office tower but also to ensure that every stage of its development, from concept to marketing, reinforced an engaging pedestrian experience. Our journey involved rigorous testing of design principles, glass materials, and urban integration to bring this vision to life.

Collaborating closely with architects we ensured that The Artise stayed true to its initial vision. High-quality visuals and immersive experiences helped showcase the building as not just an office space but a destination - one designed for connectivity and vibrant city life.

The designs

The Artise embodies a seamless fusion of form and function. Its contemporary glass façade, featuring self-tinting technology, enhances both aesthetics and energy efficiency. The use of high-performance materials and biophilic design elements ensures a healthy and inspiring workspace. Thoughtful urban integration, including a dynamic public plaza and engaging ground-level experience, reinforces its connection to the surrounding cityscape.
